Modern studio apartment of about 45 sq.mt, located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) in a recently renovated building nestled between Chaussée d'Ixelles and Porte de Namur, in one of the liveliest and most central areas of Brussels.
The apartment is located in a recently, partly renovated building with two entrance halls, one from the Chaussée de Wavre Gallery and the other one from Porte de Namur, only meters from the subway station.
The studio apartment is extremely quiet, since it overlooks the internal courtyard of the building, with views of both the garden and the fountain.
It is composed of a hallway with coat rack, shoe cabinet and some design boxes for clothes and personal belongings, and a modern fully-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, electric hobs, water kettle and a full set of cutlery and crockery).
The day area offers a dining table for 2 people, flat screen TV with WiFi internet connection, some cushions arranged on the windowsill and a double bed (170 cm).
A big wadrobe is located next to the kitchen and living corner.
The day area, coming with parquet flooring, is vert bright and quiet, due to the exposure to the internal courtyard.
The bathroom is composed of toilet, 2 basins, tub with shower screen and washing machine.
As there are 2 elevators in the building and no stairs both inside and outside the apartment, the studio is suitable for people with disabilities. Nevertheless, the size of the apartment (45 sq.mt) makes it slightly uncomfortable for a wheel chair.
It is stricly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
**A city tourist tax will be applied. Cost per night: 4€.
AREA
You are at the heart of Brussels: on your doorstep is Chaussée d'Ixelles, one of the most important shopping streets in Brussels, with shops, restaurants, banks, fitness centres, supermarkets and cinemas.
In 5 minutes you reach the European District, whilst the city centre and the Grand Place are at less than 15 minutes.
Some suggestions for a taste of Brussels’ nightlife: Place Saint Boniface (3 minutes on foot), Place de Londres (5 minutes on foot) e Place du Luxembourg (10 minutes on foot).
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The metro station Porte de Namur is on the doorstep. Subway lines 2 and 6 connect with the most central areas of Brussels city centre.
PARKING
There are no traffic limits to reach the apartment, but please note that all the parking spaces in the area are paid. In the surroundings there are some garages as well.
