Description

Beautiful apartment of 85 sq. mt. on the 3rd floor made up of double living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It is located in a historic building on one of the most elegant streets in the city and it is ideal for long and short-term stays.
The apartment is accessed via a glass hallway; the first room is the dining room with a console, an oval wood table, and a closet hidden behind a mirrored wardrobe. From this room you can access all the areas of the apartment. Continuing, on the right you enter the spacious and bright living room. Part of this is furnished with 2 velvet armchairs, ideal for watching TV and 2 sofas with a crystal coffee table. The 19th century paintings and the marble fireplace complete the living room making it refined and elegant.
Returning to the dining room, on the right is the kitchen, with many shelves, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, as well as traditional oven, and a window that ensures ventilation. Also on the right, there is the entrance to the sleeping area, a hallway that connects the 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. The main one on the right consists of a double bed (140 cm), an antique writing desk, and a built-in wardrobe where the washing machine is located. The room is silent as it overlooks an internal courtyard.
Along the corridor, you are lead to the main bathroom decorated in light marble with a shower. The second door on the right of the corridor gives access to the second bathroom with a green marble countertop, shower, bidet, and toilet. At the end of the corridor there is the second bedroom, furnished with a double bed (140 cm) in an alcove, a chest of drawers with marble top, and a wonderful wooden ceiling decorated in the Art Nouveau style. A sliding door separates this room from the living room.

The area

Area
Saint Germain des Prés and the Latin Quarter, the 6th arrondissement and 5th arrondissements respectively, represent the beating heart of the Left Bank. The main arteries are boulevard St Germain, which arcs parallel to the Seine, and boulevard St Michel, which runs perpendicular to it as far south as the Jardin du Luxembourg.
St Germain was once a hotspot for thinkers and the literati.
South of boulevard St Germain, place St Sulpice is the perfect place for a drink overlooking the church followed by some designer shopping. Rue St-André-des-Arts, rue de Seine, rue du Four, rue de Sèvres and rue du Bac heave with fashion shops, contemporary art galleries and antique shops.
At the southern end of rue du Bac is the Bon Marché department store. There is a fantastic food market on rue de Buci and great markets on rue Mouffetard and rue Monge.
