The villa was built in the '70s and its typical style of Versilia characterised by an external porch with dining table where you can enjoy outdoor lunches.
The property is surrounded by a garden of 1000 sqm that consists of a tall laurel hedge bordering the park and two large maritime pines creating lots of shade.
Villa Emilia measures about 300 sqm on 3 floors with a total capacity of 6 bedrooms. Its main feature is the '70s Italian furniture (see, for example, ceramics in the bathrooms).
Ground Floor: At the entrance, on the left there is an airy living area with two sofas, tv area with flat screen television and a dining table for eight people. All sides of the room give direct access to the garden through two large windows and a glass door. Lastly, you will find a twin room (with 2 single beds), a spacious kitchen with a table for eight people and a service bathroom.
First Floor: The floor consists of 4 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.
Attic: On the highest floor you will find the last double bedroom with bathroom.
Villa Emilia is spacious, comfortable and bright. The location is ideal: situated in a quiet area and just a few minutes' walk both from Forte dei Marmi city centre and from the nearby beach. Surrounded by a large garden and internally decorated in modern style with some antiques, the property guarantees maximum privacy and peace.
The only negative point, in our opinion, is the lack of a swimming pool. However, this lack is compensated by the excellent proximity to the sea.
This property can only be booked on a monthly basis during the months of June, July and August.

Excluded from the price:
Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay in advance (bank transfer) a 30% of the total rental price, which will be returned at the end of the stay deducted from eventual damages.
