Pursuant to Article 14 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that, as of 7 August 2024, the new Data Controller is the Company Vita S.r.l. with registered office in Via Giacomo Puccini 3 20121 - Milan.
All personal data previously processed by Halldis S.p.A. have been transferred to the latter, in order to ensure the continuity of the existing contractual relationships and to fulfil the legal obligations set forth in Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR. Data processing will continue unchanged in terms of the purposes pursued and the methods, in a manner compatible with the purposes for which it was previously collected and processed.
